Systemedica’s Medclaims module, linked with CWS front desk billing and practice management software, facilitates electronic transmission of your claims. This has many advantages including faster turnaround time for claims, direct depositing of payments to a nominated account (or accounts), free scriptwriting stationery and a more comprehensive record of your claims.

Medclaims will also allow you to re-send claims easily, generate reports, and print details of claim exceptions to allow easy allocation of funds back in CWS. Also, if a patient’s Medicare number is out of date, Medclaims can automatically amend the patient’s details in CWS.

Medclaims runs under Windows (minimum version 3.1). It has been designed, as have all our applications, to run on local area networks, giving you a choice of using Medclaims from the server or from a workstation.
